Mission and ministry are opportunities to live out God's love for the world.

Dear brothers and sisters, what's the use of saying you have faith if you don't prove it by your actions? That kind of faith can't save anyone. Suppose you see a brother or sister who needs food or clothing, and you say, "Well, good-bye and God bless you, stay warm and eat well" - but then you don't give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do?

Mission - Service Opportunities
There are several opportunities to participate in service projects locally, nationally and internationally. The areas of service are varied. There are service projects that involve painting a building, serving breakfast to the homeless, tutoring a student, hammering nails, delivering food and/or donating food. There are many possibilities and this list is far from being inclusive. There are also opportunities to go on mission trips - foreign (such as helping in Haiti or the Dominican Republic), regional (such as helping southeast Ohio flood victims) or national (such as helping a school in New Mexico to get ready for a new year or helping with hurricane clean-up).
